Bart Rolet is an elite triathlete who finished 3 times in less than 10 hours at the World IRONMAN Championship in Hawaii and was third Quebecois during his last participation in 2015. Bart is also known to be the head coach of Bart Coaching. Over the past five years, Bart has led more than 200 triathletes toward their goals, from sprint to full IRONMAN distance.

A few months ago, we were selected to be on the television show "Dans l'oeil du dragon", which aired on Monday, April 17, at 8pm on Radio Canada.

Passionate about insects from a young age, Georges Brossard is an Indiana Jones of modern times. In 40 years, he has travelled to more than 100 countries equipped with his net, in order to collect insects and supply insectariums around the world. He is the founder of the Montreal Insectarium, and the founder of 10 other insectariums around the world. His personal insect collection includes more than 500,000 specimens. He also created and hosted the Insectia series for Discovery Chanel. We loved doing this interview with Georges Brossard, who is 76 years old and full of energy, passion, and humour. Topics for this interview included entrepreneurship, his love for insects, and his struggle to promote insect-based food. This interview was an extraordinary encounter with this committed entomologist who has so much to teach the younger generations.

Félix is the 2010 Pan Am U17 Badminton Champion, and the 2015 Senior Provincial Champion. Since he began badminton at the age of 7, he has distinguished himself at the provincial and national levels in the U13 category. In preparation for next season, Félix tells us about his love for the game, the importance of mindset in badminton, and what sport has brought to his everyday life.

Andressa Ericksen started triathlon last May, and has progressed immensely. After having participated in many races over the summer, she decided to register for the 70.3 IRONMAN in Cozumel, which took place in September 2016. She finished in 8th place out of 48 people in her age group (25-29 years old). A nice revenge for the young athlete from Quebec who suffered from disordered eating a for a few years. Andressa tells us about her journey with humility.

At 21 years old, Arnaud Côté Boisvert was the youngest participant in the 3rd edition of the Gaspésie International Raid (RIG). During this 4 day challenge, teams of adventurers must complete a 300km journey by running, swimming, and paddling. Arnaud and his teammate Pierre Poirier finished in 18th position out of 40 teams. Our Näak athlete, a smoke runner and trail runner, tells us about his first time participating in the RIG.
